Let professionals know what help or skills you need. The work that you haven’t done yet because of time, finance or expertise.
For example:
– Marketing expert for your marketing strategy
– Team leader to help you with your business strategy
– Photographer for compelling pictures for advertising
– Copywriter or storyteller to spread your word
– Carpenter to fix the deferred maintenance
– Teacher for language, music or sport

Tell volunteers what kind of accommodation you have. What can they do in your town and how is the area. Do you host family with children? Tell them about the arrangements (meals) and the amenities you provide. Also give them some information about the room and the spaces in the accommodation.
You might have some preferences about the volunteers you invite. Please tell them what kind of volunteers you are looking for which aligned with your organisation, your culture or the environment you are in.
The more information you provide, the more they know if they ‘ll fit in your organisation.
